Cookies will forever be the perfect snack, great for an afternoon pick-me-up when you need it most, so I spent a little time tinkering with what would be the perfect afternoon cookie, and I think these fit the bill. Crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, and filled with fun little textural explosions. And let me tell you, these are BIG. Best to be shared with a loved one, but no one will judge if sharing doesn’t happen.

Flavor descriptions:

Giant Chocolate Chip with Homemade Toffee Chunks-Our classic Caramel Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, but make it big and add in made-in-house Toffee Chunks. These are a textural dream-crunchy, chewy, melty, salty and sweet.

Giant Double Chocolate with Matcha Center-Double Chocolate cookie dough, still chewy and rich, but with a twist. A soft Matcha center, made with Asha Tea House’s Ceremonial Grade Matcha, this cookie will make a believer out of non-tea drinkers.
